Pre-Show Meeting with the Director of Zoo Story
These were notes I took after my first time talking with the director of Zoo Story. These notes gave me a good direction to start cueing the show.
Production Meeting with Both Directors
I took these notes in one of our first production meetings for this one-act festival. It was important for me to know the big picture of what was going on and what each director wanted out of the lights. These notes also gave me an idea of the location of each one-act, both within the world and on stage.
Sure Thing Bell Notes
As I went through the script for Sure Thing. I took notes about what each bell chime referenced. This helped me determine how to create the different lighting effects that would reset each time the bell chimed.
Tech Notes from Both Directors
These notes were taken during tech week so I could understand what would need to change before the next tech rehearsal.
Post Show and Bow Notes
This was so I had the order for bows and post-show so the lights could coordinate with the color palettes of the shows for each set of bows.
